Spices and herbs have always fascinated us. To us, they are little magical ingredients that enhance our food flavors. Did you know, that most of these commonly found spices and herbs have medicinal properties. For example, Cloves have anodyne and antiseptic properties. Similarly, Garlic has been used for centuries for lowering blood cholesterol and reducing inflammation.
Every food product that we create contains seasonings that have been put together by us. These seasonings contains atleast 6-7 if not more spices and herbs. Our spices are pan roasted to bring out their essential oils, ground and then blended together with locally grown and dehydrated herbs.

These seasonings are the foundation of TrishtanFoods food products and it is with great pride that we present them to you.
